Why LH Lilac?
This pattern is dedicated to the fond memories of my life in China, where beautiful lilac blooms each spring in my hometown Harbin, Heilongjiang, China . In addition, L is one of the letters of my province, H is the first letter of my hometown, Harbin. Coincidentally, LH is also the abbreviation of my logo. In my YouTube videos, LH Lilac Pouch will be known as Lilac Pouch.
Skill Level
Confident Beginners to intermediate bag makers with skills of installing double zipper pulls, sewing zipper panel, assembling gusset to zipper panel, sewing curves, top stitching and “birthing” pouch. The designer assumes the users of this pattern have basic knowledge of sewing machines, threads, needles and fusing interfacing. LH Lilac Pouch is fabric and domestic machines friendly.
Brief Introduction
LH Lilac Pouch is simple in design with easy to sew curves consisting of only 2 pattern pieces & only 19 pages long . The gusset adds more stylish feature that is easy to zip and unzip. The finished size is 7” wide by 3.5” tall by 2” deep.
