Refund policy

10% transactional fee on canceled orders initiated by customers will be charged.  this fee is due to the following reasons:

When you place an order, the payment processors immediately take a non-refundable percentage. If you cancel your order, I am still responsible for this fee, which means I actually lose money on canceled orders.   The 10% fee helps offset this cost so I can keep the prices fair and sustain my business.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AFTER I RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED PRODUCTS.  IF THERE ARE FLAWS OR DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS YOU RECEIVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND OF THE COST OF THE PRODUCTS, ASSOCIATED SHIPPING COST YOU PAID, AND A REFUND OF COST OF RETURN TO ME.    

LUXE HARDWARE AND MORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO REFUND SHIPPING COST YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS NOR COST OF RETURN THE PRODUCTS IF THERE ARE NOTHING WRONG WITH THE PRODUCTS YOU RECEIVED OR YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND.
To start a return, you can contact us at luxehardwareandmore@yahoo.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Regarding your packages: 

Please be vigilant about tracking your packages. LUXE HARDWARE & MORE DOES NOT REFUND BUYERS under following circumstances:

1) LUXE HARDWARE & MORE will not be responsible for lost packages caused by shipping couriers under any circumstances such as packages being delivered to the wrong address, packages lost during transit to your address, packages lost or damaged by  shipping couriers.  LUXE HARDWARE & MORE will provide all the information needed by shipping couriers when you submit a claim for lost or stolen packages from shipping couriers.  USPS issues insurance  up to $100 with GROUND ADVANTAGE & PRIORITY packages.

2) LUXE HARDWARE & MORE will not be responsible for loss of packages if you provide a wrong or an old address. 

3) LUXE HARDWARE & MORE will not be responsible for any packages delivered to your address if it is stolen or left uncollected by you, the recipient.  I have a couple of members' packages delivered but left uncollected outside their houses for extended period time while on vacation.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Shipping cost will not be refunded for any items without any flaws/exchange/damage/if you do not like them.  

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  Your Shipping cost will not be refunded for any exchange items and new shipping cost will be invoiced for your new order. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
